How to Submit Registration

Supporting Document Require

  • Form 9 / Form 13 / SSM
  • Form 49 / Form 24 / Section 14 / Section 68 (Particular of Directors)/Business Profile SSM
  • ***Certified True copy of EPF Statement or Latest Audited Financial (Revenue Portion Only)
  • **Product supporting document.

*** If none of the above documents are available, please provide us with a formal letter indication your reasons.

What is the ***Billing Plan for ePCO?

  • eValue Plan: Less 60 transaction per year
  • Standard Plan: More 60 transaction per year

Who are allowed to be registered as ePCO user?

  • Manufacturer
  • Trader

All purchases include:

  • 1 Admin credential user id and password
  • 1 User credential user id and password
  • Online class provided

Manufacturer

License or permit from other relevant agency depending on the Finished Product which is to be exported (e.g.: MTIB, MPOB, LKIM, Forestry Department, Veterinary Department) (if applicable)

Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) document which is issued by Royal Malaysian Customs Department (if applicable)

Valid Manufacturer Business License / Premise License by Local Authority (Lesen Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan). The business license must indicate the processing / manufacturing activity carried out by company (e.g.: Membuat / Memproses / Kilang)

Trader And Manufacturer

License or permit from other relevant agency depending on the Finished Product which is to be exported (e.g.: MTIB, MPOB, LKIM, Forestry Department, Veterinary Department) (if applicable)

Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) document which is issued by Royal Malaysian Customs Department (if applicable)

Trader

Authorisation Letter from Manufacturer permitting the Trader to apply for Cost Analysis / Certificate of Origin on behalf of the Manufacturer. For company applying for Back-to-Back Certificate of Origin application, attach a declaration letter from company stating the business arrangement and countries involved under the Back-to-Back application together with the copy of contract/ownership of Bonded Warehouse.

Valid Manufacturer Business License / Premise License by Local Authority (Lesen Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan). - The business license must indicate the processing / manufacturing activity carried out by company (e.g.: Membuat / Memproses / Kilang)
